Do you charge by the hour or is there a flat rate for the entire event?
I use a mix of both to make sure you get exactly what you need! For sessions and events, I offer straightforward hourly rates so you only pay for the time we actually spend together. For bigger milestones like weddings, I build comprehensive, project-based flat rates so your entire day is beautifully covered with zero stress or hidden surprises.
Can we schedule a consultation or phone call before booking?
Oh, absolutely! I want you to feel completely comfortable and supported before we ever pick up the camera. A consultation meeting is automatically built right into my wedding projects, and I am always happy to jump on a quick call for hourly portrait and couples sessions to chat about your vision and make sure we’re a great fit!
Do you visit the location before the day of the session?
You bet! If we are heading to a new outdoor spot I haven't shot at before, I love to do some scouting beforehand. I'll track down the prettiest natural lighting, gorgeous backdrops, and best paths ahead of time so that when your shoot day arrives, all you have to do is show up, relax, and have fun.
How many hours does your wedding package cover?
Because every single love story is unique, my wedding projects are completely customizable to fit your day! I offer packages ranging from 4 hours for smaller, intimate elopements up to 10+ hours for full-day celebrations. During our consultation call, we’ll look at your timeline together and lock in the exact amount of hourly coverage you need.
Do you travel for weddings or destination sessions?
I am always down for an adventure! Whether you're planning an intimate backyard wedding nearby or a destination session out in a stunning national park, I would love to travel to capture your story. Just let me know where you're dreaming of heading when you reach out, and we can build a custom project package that covers all the details!
